We invite you to join our OIFN Book Club Group on Facebook. The Book Club is one thread of our Ontario Independent Facilitation Network (OIFN) Community of Practice. We meet every few months in Guelph … and now through this Facebook Group as well, to discuss a book that relates to either disability issues or to wider topics of leadership and community, in the context of independent facilitation and planning.
Our November selection is a free E-Book, courtesy of Inclusion Press:
Judith passed away in 2015, but the wisdom and experience she shared for many years as an international consultant on the deeper work of Circles of Support, Person-Centered Planning, Community Building and Self-Directed Supports continues to inspire through her writing. We are looking forward to the discussions that Great Questions will generate in our Book Club. Those in Guelph and the surrounding area are invited to meet in person at noon on Thursday, November 23, for lunch and conversation, at Einstein’s Café. And we are excited to be expanding opportunities for more people to join our discussions through our Facebook Group. Please post comments about the book and anything it sparks for you, before or after the meeting on November 23, whether or not you can attend in person.
Join the OIFN Book Club Facebook Group by clicking here and selecting the “+Join Group” button.
