The Ontario Independent Facilitation Network (OIFN) is an interconnected network of individuals who experience developmental disabilities, their family members and family networks, independent facilitators and allies.
The mission of OIFN is to strengthen and uphold the values and practice of unencumbered Independent Facilitation, by facilitating change and customizing support, in service of citizenship for all people.
As an incorporated non-profit, OIFN is governed by a Board of Directors who lead the work to connect people, convene gatherings for collective learning, curate and share resources, and consider collective impact.
