“Ending the Wait,” the initial report of the Housing Study Group of the Developmental Services Partnership Table, which brings together senior MCSS policy planners and representatives from service providers, community, self advocates, and family organizations. The group has outlined its findings after consultation with families, individuals, and organizations across Ontario regarding innovative and emerging residential support initiatives – approaches that are creative, cost-effective, and responsive to the full range of needs among Ontarians with developmental disabilities.
